Our cream is probably thicker than you’ve had before, at about 55% butterfat. If you use it for whipping, we suggest whisking by hand.

Why join the CSA?

The CSA allows us to schedule more efficiently, so that all products are as fresh as possible. We can plan and reduce waste and you get the freshest product guaranteed every week.

What does it cost?

Our milk is bottled exclusively in glass quart bottles. You save $.50/bottle when you join the milk CSA, and $2/jar with cream. You can sign up for any number of bottles for a minimum of 20 weeks.  For example 2 bottles per week for 20 weeks cost $140 

Where and how do I pick up?

We are located at 97 Shirley Hill Rd, Goffstown. We’ll give you specific instructions once you sign up. We do not deliver.

What if I leave for vacation?

If you need to put your subscription on hold, let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will update your schedule and send you a confirmation. You will always get all the milk/cream for which you have subscribed as long as you give us that heads-up in advance.

What days are available?

 Availability varies by demand but we can probably acommodate your schedule. If you can’t get here on your day, we keep your share in the CSA Member fridge for 3 days. Your pick up window starts at noon, so if you want to come in the morning, choose the day before.

How many shares can I buy?

As many as you wish! (and are available)
