Cut flowers are not only beauty medicine for us; they are also a meaningful food source for bees and butterflies. We grow many varieties of cut flowers among our vegetables to attract pollinators to our fruiting vegetable crops for help with pollination, provide habitat for, and expand the diversity of insect species present. This helps keep insect pest populations in balance so that we can farm biologically.
