About us
We are a small 100% grass-fed Jersey cow dairy and vegetable farm in Goffstown, NH. We produce raw milk, raw cream, yogurt, beef and vegetables directly for the community. Our year-round farm stand is open to the public, where you can find all of our products and a curated selection of natural foods produced by other area farmers and producers.
We offer a year-round milk and cream CSA, a summer vegetable CSA, and a summer flower CSA.
We started our farm in 2011. We are Max and Melissa. Max is from Germany and learned dairy farming there, and Melissa is from Peterborough, NH (born in Michigan) and learned farming in different places including the organic (biodynamic) farm where she and Max met in Germany. We have 3 kids and farming is how we make our living.

Benedikt Dairy at Shirley Farm
Benedikt Dairy sits on Shirley Hill at Shirley Farm. This farm has been in continuous production by the same family for 250 years. An original land grant before the founding of America, the Shirley Farm is a historical landmark and example of continuous land stewardship throughout its 9 generations in the Shirley Family.
The Shirley family partnered with Benedikt Dairy to manage their farm. Max and Melissa contribute their vision for pasture based dairy farming and conseravtion practices to the legacy of the Shirley Farm in order to continue the project of feeding people from this land, a project started almost 300 years ago.
We invite you come appreciate this rich history and help us continue to be fed from this land.
